The challenge
Judy offers something genuinely unusual: life planning, phobia support and general coaching using hypnotherapy, plus specialist animal and riding confidence coaching drawn from running a family farm in West Sussex.
She needed a website that could explain all of that simply, feel warm and trustworthy to people who might be anxious about reaching out, and work equally well for local clients visiting the farm and remote clients joining on Zoom.
What we did
- A clear, calm homepage that leads with how clients want to feel (“Feel steady again, one plain conversation at a time”) before explaining the method
- Three simple service paths (life planning, phobia support and general coaching), each with its own “enquire” link
- A dedicated section for animal confidence, Judy’s point of difference, told through her farm background
- An About page telling Judy’s story from teaching to farming to coaching
- “The farm journal” blog, so Judy can share coaching insights and country life in her own voice
- Client success stories to build trust with first-time visitors
- A friendly enquiry form that asks which kind of support someone is interested in, so Judy can reply personally
- Privacy policy and terms suited to a UK practice
The result
Judy now has a professional, easy-to-navigate home online that sounds like her, with the same grounded, patient tone she brings to her sessions. It works beautifully on phones, where most of her visitors arrive.
